Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, with exceptions to damaged product.

No Returns or Exchanges

Carolina Native Cigars does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, quality, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Carolina Native Cigars is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.
